File Handling, Retention & Security

• Temporary processing: Files are processed immediately and are deleted from our servers after processing completes. In server-side scenarios, files are removed within 24 hours. Where tools run client-side, files may never leave your device.
• No resale or training use: We do not sell, rent, or share your files for training AI models or marketing purposes.
• Security: We use HTTPS (TLS) for all connections and reasonable technical safeguards to protect files during transmission and temporary storage.

Toolerd uses cookies and similar technologies to provide basic site functionality, remember preferences, and collect analytics data. Cookies are categorized as:

We retain uploaded files only as long as necessary to complete the requested processing and for a short period (no longer than 24 hours) to ensure successful delivery. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer for business and improvement purposes, but such data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
